Renew or Start your PFLAG Lubbock Membership

It’s easy to join/renew:  1. Let us know about yourself and 2. Pay dues
There are multiple ways to do both of these things, detailed below.

1. Tell us about yourself

• Fill out a membership form to accompany a new membership
  • You can fill out a paper form at PFLAG Monthly meeting
  • Download and submit electronically in PDF Format
  • You can also submit the web-based form at the bottom of this page
• Mail it, email it, submit it, or hand-deliver it at a monthly PFLAG meeting
  • Postal mail: send your check to P.O. Box 94493, Lubbock, TX 79493
  • Email it: attach completed form and send it to us at membership@pflaglubbock.org
  • Web form: fill out form at bottom of this page and  click “submit”

2. Pay

Via check

• write a check to PFLAG Lubbock
• bring to a meeting or mail to P.O. Box 94493, Lubbock, TX 79493

Via PayPal

Click on the appropriate PayPal button.  You’ll be taken to a secure PayPal site with the amount and dues code already filled in.
