Read With Love

Diverse stories promote inclusivity and acceptance, but recent attacks via book bans and cuts to library funding are severely limiting their access. As part of National Library Week, take action for your communities such as donating your fav LGBTQ+ book to your local library, organizing for a school board meeting, or hosting a Read With Love event. Message from the President

Welcome back and Happy New Year!  We hope that you had time for friends, family, and fellowship unique to you.

No one knows exactly what the new year will bring, but we aim to provide a space of love and acceptance at PFLAG Lubbock gatherings.  We look forward to kicking off the first meeting on January 21 at 7 pm in the St. John’s United Methodist Garden Room.

We will be here to listen and support you as we share more of what’s to come.  There will likely be tough times ahead, but we will all be in it together. – Gilbert Carrasco, President, PFLAG Lubbock.
